SimpleeKare will accommodate refunds of payments

cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

cancel the current appointment or (b) consult another doctor with

event, the entire amount will be refunded to the patient within 5-6

days in accordance with the payment methods provided by the patient.

following details and also enclose a copy of the online receipt received:
- The transaction number
- Name of the customer whose sample was to be collected
- Email ID
- Amount paid
The request would be processed and a refund would
be issued within 5 to 6 working days of the request date. Refund requests post
sample collection or report delivery would not be entertained. SimpleeKare
would not be liable to address any refund requests once the sample has been
collected for the customer or within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
