SimpleeKare shall not incur any liability and shall declare any service guarantee void in event of one or more of the following circumstances:

 

Refund Requests

SimpleeKare will accommodate refunds of payments made online in case extraordinary situations and if the appointment has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.


A request for refund should be sent via email to Healthy@SimpleeKare.com or via telephone at +91 9776 41 4444 A refund request must mention the following details and also enclose a copy of the online receipt received:


The request would be processed and a refund would be issued within 5 to 6 working days of the request date. Refund requests post sample collection or report delivery would not be entertained. SimpleeKare would not be liable to address any refund requests once the sample has been collected for the customer or within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
